Product Info	Actual product and print colors may vary from screen colors depending on monitor settings and resolution. We recommend checking a sample beforehand if color accuracy is critical. We create a proof based on your submitted text and design, and proceed with printing after your approval. Since printing is based on the final approved proof, please double-check for typos and text carefully. Please send printing materials to our email (cs@commerceone.io). Large files can be sent via a large file transfer link. Printing costs may be free or incur additional charges depending on the product, so please inquire before purchase. Some products with high design workloads, such as fans or flyers, may incur additional proofing fees.
Shipping Info	While it varies by product and quantity, shipping typically takes 3-7 days from the order date. Remote or island areas may take an additional 1-2 days. Domestic shipping is free. However, additional costs may apply for orders below the minimum quantity, remote area delivery, or courier/freight/air/mail services. Standard shipping is via courier; freight or quick service is available upon request. The seller is responsible for any accidents during shipping. We do not offer international shipping.
Payment Info	We support credit/check cards, real-time bank transfers, wire transfers, and easy payments. Electronic payments are processed via our contracted PG provider. Payment is required in advance, and all product prices exclude VAT. If the depositor's name differs from the order name for wire transfers, please notify customer service. Production may be delayed if payment is not verified. We issue electronic tax invoices upon receipt of your business registration and contact email. Tax invoices are not issued for card or easy payments, as the credit card receipt serves as proof of purchase.
Return/Exchange	Returns due to a change of mind can be requested within 7 days of receipt. If there is a defect in the product or printing, please request within 30 days of discovery (within 3 months of receipt) for processing after verification. Custom-printed products or items with promotional stickers applied cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind as they cannot be reused. Returns/exchanges are not possible if the product value is significantly reduced or damaged due to use or partial consumption. Typos or text errors in products printed according to your final approved proof are not grounds for return/exchange. Return shipping for defective products is covered by the seller; return shipping for change of mind is covered by the buyer.
