FAQ

What is custom printing and how does it work?

Custom printing allows you to freely print your desired design or logo on the entire surface of the fan. You can consult with us separately for detailed printing specifications and costs.

How long does production take?

It takes approximately 7 to 10 business days from order to completion.

Can the colors of the Hanji fan look different from the screen?

Yes, due to the nature of Hanji paper, colors may appear slightly more muted than on regular paper, and there may be differences between the design and the actual printed product.

Since it is a handmade product, could the position be inaccurate?

Due to the handmade nature of the product, slight errors in the actual printing position compared to the design may occur during the manufacturing process.

For large files, you may use a large file transfer link. Printing costs may be free or incur additional charges depending on the product, so please inquire before purchasing. Some products that require extensive design work, such as fans or flyers, may incur additional design fees.

We do not offer international shipping.

Failure to confirm payment may delay production. Please send us your business registration certificate and the contact person's email address if you require a tax invoice. For credit card and easy payment transactions, the credit card sales slip serves as proof of purchase; therefore, tax invoices will not be issued separately.
